This town (city) of Clermont-Ferrand quickly became a favorite on the trip for multiple reasons, including the Black Cathedral (Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption de Clermont-Ferrand), and the size of the town (it was a nice change from some of the smaller towns and villages we had visited).
